All products are designed and handcrafted with care and dedication. As these are handcrafted items, there may be slight variations in the fabric prints and colors, which may not exactly match the images due to printing patterns, lighting, screens or the characteristics of each material. The quality of each piece is assured, but the differences are part of its unique character. The products are original, exclusive and made one by one. Thank you for supporting artisanal work.

Shipment

Products are made to order at our manufacturing facility. The estimated production time is 2-10 business days, depending on the size of the order. This is for the preparation of your order before it is shipped. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical problems, carrier delays, bad weather or extraordinary situations.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please make sure you have entered your email address correctly so that you can receive notifications. After purchasing, you will be able to view your order in the "Orders" section of your profile.

The shipment will be made to the address you provided during the purchase process. We are not responsible for errors in the delivery address provided. If there is no one at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the package will be available at the corresponding Post Office. If the package is not collected within the established time frame, it will be returned to us, and you will have to cover the cost of shipping for a new delivery attempt.

Domestic Shipping (Spain):

Shipments to Spain will be made via regular mail (if you do not choose the certified service). The estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days. If you prefer a certified service, an additional cost will be applied during the purchase process.

Shipping to the European Union:

Shipments to the European Union will also be made by regular mail with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 working days. If you prefer a certified service, an additional cost will be applied during the purchase process.

Customs:

If you place an order for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or any territory outside the European Union, you may have to pay additional shipping costs, which will be charged once the package reaches the destination country or territory. These charges depend on the customs policies and import taxes of the destination country, and we have no control over them nor can we anticipate the exact cost. Please note that the customer is responsible for these additional costs and any procedures related to customs and import.

Order cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. After this time, the order will begin to be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Responsibility during shipping:

If you choose to ship via regular mail, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during transport. We recommend opting for certified shipping if you prefer tracking and greater security in the process.

Change of address:

If you need to make an address change after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at pazandjoy@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make the change.
